At Joel D. Singer, DMD, it is our mission to provide our patients with the most knowledgeable and compassionate dental care to make each and every patient feel welcome, listened to, and confident they are receiving the very best that our team has to offer. We love nothing more than to hear the thoughts and receive feedback from our patients to let us know that our goals and mission in dentistry are being demonstrated to our patients. We recently received a letter from one of our patients, Mario. His thoughts truly touched our hearts and validated why we work so hard to serve our patients — we love changing lives. Our patients are our top priority and our team works together to ensure that you feel comfortable with each aspect of care that you may receive. Our experienced team has extensive training and knowledge in the cutting-edge dental treatments that elevate the level of service we provide to our patients. Each team member shares Dr. Singer’s philosophy of bringing a whole-body approach to oral health. We want to take a moment and share more about one of these team members — Lily.
March is a special month because we take the time to celebrate a very special, key group of team members in our office – our Dental Assistants. While the official celebration of Dental Assistants Recognition Week is during the first week of the month, we feel that it is important to recognize our team all of the time. We wanted to take some time this month to help you learn a little more about one of our dedicated dental assistants, Laurie.
Patient safety has always been our top priority, but it is more important now than ever. We are taking every precaution to ensure that our team and office is updated on the latest safety protocols and implementing new cleanliness procedures. To verify our procedures, I recently took and passed a COVID-19 cleanliness certification test. The test confirms that our dental practice meets established standards for cleanliness and sanitation during the COVID-19 crisis, according to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, American Dental Association, and the Occupational Health & Safety Administration.
Our office is blessed to be part of such a wonderful community, and it has been heartwarming to see the community come together like it has. We are all thankful for our health and the health of our families and friends during this time, and are endlessly thinking about those directly and indirectly affected by this unfortunate pandemic.
